eating-habitsWhether you can’t put the biscuits down or the thought of food makes you heave – there is a solution! I’m going to show you what that is.

Every individual has their own relationship with food. However, like all relationships, when it becomes one-sided it can become dysfunctional and unhealthy. In regards to food, this may be the point where one starts turning to a continuum of diets for a short-term solution, or in more serious cases, refuse food altogether.
