Often when I speak to clients about their experience of anger, these are the common quotes they use. For some, anger can be an all-consuming experience that they feel helpless against.

NLP and CBT are great ways of helping you to take back your inner power, as they focus on the events, triggers and the perceived meanings behind them that cause such intense emotions, reactions and behaviours.

By creating a deeper understanding of the ‘self’ the individual can then identify ‘danger zones’ and implement the self- taught techniques (that you will learn with me) and quell those ‘anger demons’.
